A few words from Dr Francis Saldhana, USA - "It is my pleasure as a hopelessly incompetent soccer player in my youth, but an ardent fan of the sport, to support this skills tournament with a gesture of US 1000.00, and a pledge of US 2500.00 before the end of this year to PIFA. My congratulations to the winners, and good luck to all.”
